Thanks to all your support and votes, I won the 2016 National Girl Scouts Cookie Recipe Contest!
"Nancy Mock is a Colchester VT mom, food blogger, and paraprofessional who works with children on the autism spectrum. She runs the food blog, Hungry Enough To Eat Six.
She can now add Grand Prize recipe winner to her resume. In February, she entered Taste of Home Magazine's National Girl Scout Cookie Recipe Contest. The contest, open to home cooks, featured four categories: (1) cakes, pies, cupcakes (2) cookies, brownies, bars (3) pudding, ice cream, gelatin, and (4) candies.
Culinary experts from the Taste of Home test kitchen reviewed all entries and selected four finalists from each category based on taste, visual appeal, creativity, and crowd appeal. The public voted for their favorite online, and Mock's 'Trefoils Toffee & Chocolate Bark with Toasted Almonds' came out on top in the candy category!

As the Grand Prize winner, Mock receives $500 and a spotlight feature in Taste of Home this fall."
