"Made this again yesterday for the third time and it is still excellent! I'm sending this to my sisters with photos and a strong recommendation that they make it before all the good strawberries are gone for the year. Thanks again!

What you'll find here:
I create welcoming comfort food and baking recipes inspired by a lifetime of living and eating in New England, as well as my Irish heritage. I also love to share history and stories about regional dishes, and to write about Noshing Across New England—all six states, and beyond!
The name...
What does Hungry Enough To Eat Six mean?
The name was inspired by this Yogi Berra quote: "You better cut that pizza into four pieces, I'm not hungry enough to eat six!"
Unlike Yogi, I am ALWAYS hungry enough to eat six! Lucky for me and all of you, there is endless taste inspiration across the six New England states.
