1: Stir together the wet and dry ingredients using as few strokes as possible. (Over-mixing can ruin your muffins.)

2: Divide the batter between 12 lined muffin wells. Top each muffin well with a few spoonfuls of cranberry sauce and swirl them in.

3: Bake the muffins for 15-18 minutes until a tester comes out clean. Enjoy them warm or cooled!

Can you freeze homemade muffins? Yes! Let them cool completely, then slide them into a resealable freezer-proof bag. Freeze the muffins for up to three months. Let them thaw in the fridge, still inside the bag.
