It’s Week 3 of Very Merry Holiday Cocktails! Time to get treacley sweet, with this round-up of Candy Bar Cocktails, aka Sweet Tooth Sippers. (Christian and I couldn’t decide between the two names, so I’m using both.) The first drink like this that I ever had was named “The Candy Bar.” It was hot cocoa, butterscotch schnapps and Bailey’s Irish Cream, along with plenty of chocolate syrup and whipped cream.
Are your teeth aching yet?
The tempting combination of butterscotch schnapps and Bailey’s that I mentioned above, but also with cinnamon schnapps and Jagermeister. Potent! From FoodNetwork.com.
I included this one on my cocktails roundup last December, and I love it so much that I’m sharing it again! Peppermint schnapps, vanilla vodka, and candy cane seltzer. (Plain seltzer would work in this too.) Sweet and crisp! From Shape.com.
The cocktail version of this warming, cocoa drink has Bailey’s and tequila, but omitting these (and subbing in milk or almond milk for the Bailey’s) would make a yummy non-alcoholic bevvy! From FoodNetwork.com.
‘Wingardium leviosa’ one of these velvety-smooth Butterbeers to me now, Harry! Vanilla vodka with butterscotch schnapps and cream soda. This might be my new favorite! From Food.com.
The “delight” in this cocktail is a dash of peanut butter! The final, chilled concoction includes Kahlua, dark rum and vodka. Oh, and it’s topped with toasted marshmallows. You heard right. From FoodNetwork.com.
This drink is adorable, with its sing-song name and crushed graham cracker on the rim. In the glass is apple cider with butterscotch schnapps and a dash of lemon. What a jolly, happy drink. From FoodNetwork.com.
