This week I received some really exciting news! My recipe for Shortbread/Trefoils Toffee & Chocolate Bark with Toasted Almonds, which I created for the 2016 National Girl Scouts Cookie Contest, was chosen as a finalist!
I am thrilled and honored to be in the running for the Grand Prize – talk about a confidence booster! The top prize will include a spotlight feature in Taste of Home Magazine, the sponsor of this contest for the Girl Scouts.
